Payment Suite is our flagship payment product that provides turnkey payment solutions. The product includes a robust SOAP based API for integration with clients existing software platforms. Use of the product also minimizes PCI DSS scope for the client. Below are some of the available components included in Payment Suite:
A. Configuration Manager
This application provides a user-friendly interface to configure the global settings and also the individual application parameters and permissions.
B. Agent Application
This application is used by agents to process Card and Check payments. These payments may be one time or recurring.
C. Agent Scripts
This is not an actual application but provides the agent with the proper disclosures as required by both the payment type and for a single or recurring payments.
The accounting application provides accounting with the ability to process the payments that have been entered by the agent and purchases / payments that have been entered by consumers on the payment web portal. The application also includes reporting abilities for bank reconciliation, payment research, and voiding payments.
The scanner application processes those checks that arrive by mail. Once a check is scanned, a copy of the image is saved and named in such a way that the image can be imported into the merchants’ software.
The reporter application provides several types of reports for payments within the payment system. Reports can provide any level of detail the user wishes to report on.
G. Post Date Manager
This application is used to editing virtually anything about recurring payments. Individual payments may be edited, dates of payments changed or a routing number and bank account for all remaining non-processed payments.
H. Additional Functionality

With the number of data breaches continuing to rise, the need for an employer to minimize an employee’s access to Card Holder Data and other sensitive data is a critical requirement. SecureCall was designed for this exact purpose, the product allows the agent to process a payment via the phone. The consumer uses the keypad to enter the payment information and the captured data appears masked on the agents screen. For customers that utilize some form of call recording, SecureCall has the ability to automatically start and stop the recording technology so the DTMF tones are not recorded. For consumers utilizing a mobile device, SecureCall has the ability to send a text message when permission is obtained allowing the consumer to use mobile device to make payment.

When recurring payments are authorized by the consumer, several payment types have regulations that require the recurring payment plan be provided to the consumer. The consumer must be provided with a document disclosing the payment plan. This signed copy must be returned and on file prior to processing successive payments. Typically, in the past this process was executed using the US Postal Service. Today with the introduction of E-Signature, this task can be done in hours rather than days. The Agent application that schedules the payments as requested by the consumer is inserted into a document, uploaded to a site where the consumer can review, sign, and return the document. The payment system can ensure that the next payment is not processed until the document is signed by the consumer.
